701 CCA Shannon Rae Lindsey Studio Talk

701 Center for Contemporary Art is hosting artist in residence, Shannon Rae Lindsey, winner of the 701 CCA Prize 2014, during January and February. In 2014, the center presented the second installation of the 701 CCA Prize presenting finalists Andrew Blanchard of Spartanburg, Shannon Rae Lindsey of Columbia and Karen Ann Myers of Charleston. Lindsey is an interdisciplinary artist who explores drawing, painting, sculpture and installation with unconventional materials and processes. During her residency, Shannon Rae Lindsey will present a studio talk in the artist live/work unit at 701 CCA engaging participants and discussing her process and the scope of her residency.
