An Orchestra Concert

Union United Methodist Church, Irmo will be hosting an Orchestra Concert Featuring Gifted Young Solo Artists! Please come and invite your friends to experience this rare opportunity to hear young instrumental solo artists playing concertos as the composer intended...with orchestra! Jenning Chen, piano, Becan Floyd, viola, Dillon Smith, saxophone and Jacob Surak, cello, are playing concertos by Mendelssohn, Hoffmeister, Glazounov and Elgar. The orchestra includes some of Columbia's finest professionals including conductor, Kim Williams and SC Philharmonic concert master Mary Kinosian. The orchestral musicians are giving of their time and talents to support and encourage this new generation of young artists.
