Chapin Labor Day
Event Description:
his family-friendly event features a 5K Run/Walk at Crooked Creek Park on Saturday, Sept. 5, benefitting Meals of Wheels. On Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 6, come early for the big parade and stay for a full-day of activities on historic Beaufort and Clark Streets, featuring arts and crafts, barbecue, a Chapin Idol talent show, antique car show and the Smile Band. Chapin Library's book sale at the Alternative Academy also follows parade.
