The Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia will host the Columbia Housing Summit on December 17 at the Agape Conference Center located in downtown Columbia. Attendees will hear from local, regional and national housing economists about what's been happening in housing and what the future appears to hold based on today's data. Dr. Joseph von Nessen of the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business, Bernard Helm of Market Opportunity Research Opportunities and Dr. David Crowe, Chief Economist of the National Association of Home Builders will each make presentations and take questions. The summit begins at 7:45 a.m. and will conclude at 11:30 a.m. Tickets are $25 each for Home Builders Association members and $75 for non-members.
