Business must be located in Columbia, Lexington, or 20 miles from State House.
Submissions and voting will end on Halloween Night at the stroke of midnight.
Entries with the most votes will move on to semi-Finals.
DBL07's team of staff will narrow the semi-finalists down to 3 winners. The winner will be announced November 7th 2014.
