Films from MoMA is a new series at CMA providing access to an unparalleled collection of rare films and videos from the Museum of Modern Art’s Department of Film. In the only film to show Pollock actually painting, it presents him working out-of-doors on a canvas and then working on a glass surface raised on a platform. He discusses his technique as he paints.
