Glenforest School 9th Annual Chili Cook-off and Fall Festival

Glenforest School, in partnership with the West Metro Rotary hosts its ninth Come out for a day filled with great food, friends, and fall fun for all ages! The annual chili-judging contest (featuring panel of celebrity judges) begins at 2pm, with prizes awarded in five categories.  Although there will be more than enough chili to go around; chili is not the only thing on the menu. There will also be food served hot-off-the-grill, beer, soft drinks and snacks available for purchase.  The event features plenty of attractions and kid-friendly activities: baked goods, vendor fair, arts and crafts, ?Kidzone? area, bounce-house  games and community exhibits (City of West Columbia Fire Department Ladder truck,  Lexington County Sheriff Department Chevy " Bomb Truck", SC Navy Reserves, Pet's Inc. ) and an expansive silent auction. There is plenty of free parking.  All contributions and event proceeds benefit Glenforest School student scholarships.
