Free Screenings Include: Blood Pressure Assessment; Glucose (Blood Sugar) screening test for risk of developing diabetes; Lipid Profile (Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL and Triglycerides) screening test for coronary heart and vascular disease. Additional Screenings are Available at a cost of; Thyroid Profile (detects thyroid abnormalities) $32.00 and Vitamin D Level (detects deficiencies) for $40.00. Payment accepted only by Cash or Check. Fasting is required for 12 hours prior to the screening.
