A few years ago, I was introduced to the concept of a Mastermind Group. It has revolutionized my business and contributed materially to its growth and success. I meet each month with a group of business professionals whose knowledge and experience consistently amaze me. I feel honored to be in the room with these folks, and it would take something akin to wild horses to pull me away from a meeting. The concept of the Mastermind was introduced by Napoleon Hill in his book, Think and Grow Rich. It is a basic success principle that works for any business in any industry.

Essentially, a Mastermind Group is a group of business professionals who commit to meet together to help each other achieve success.  It is a unique combination of brainstorming, collaboration, problem solving, encouragement and accountability.
