OGES South Carolina Elementary School Principal of the Year Celebration

OGES students and staff will honor OGES Principal Sherry Cariens for being named the South Carolina Association of School Administrators 2016 South Carolina Elementary School Principal of the Year. State Sen. Katrina Shealy will serve as the guest speaker, discussing leadership displayed by women. The celebration will also include an appearance by the mascot for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League. In addition, several students will speak in order to express their gratitude to Cariens, who will receive flowers from each grade level at the school.
