Sixth-, Seventh-, and Eighth-grade girls will compete for grade-level titles, Miss Pleasant Hill Middle and Miss Cougar Spirit. The Pleasant Hill Middle School Athletic Department will receive the pageant's proceeds. Contestants will raise money for Relay For Life.
