Event Description:
Sing for the Cure, the American Cancer Society’s benefit concert, is planned for April 23 at Jack’s Custom Cycles, 1500 West Main Street in Lexington. Gates open at 11 a.m., followed by a memorial service for those who’ve lost their battles with cancer. At noon, the first of nine bands begin performing. Admission is $5. Radio celebrities will be available for a pie-toss from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pies cost $3.
