Hear Alysia Kehoe, a Lexington Chamber Member, speak on 'Strategic Coaching for the 4 Diverse Generations'. Each of the four generations have diverse motives, technology and world perspectives-How do we train and coach this diversity? This session will be an interactive program using Alysia's expertise in: Generational Communication Styles; Training Reinforcement Approaches; and Coaching Strategies. Training & Coaching needs for these groups are 'different yet similar' in scope. In this workshop we will discuss three steps to a solid inclusive training strategy.
