Don't miss The Literary Vine! Get your tickets now! The Richland Library Friends will host The Literary Vine, evening of wine, beer, music and food. Spread throughout the architecturally stunning Main Library on the corner of Assembly and Hampton Streets, the fifth annual wine and beer tasting event will utilize the entire layout of the library, offering guests a variety of different activities as they sample and learn about wine and beer. Richland Library staff will be available to demonstrate the library's downloadable resources, including eBooks, eMagazines, downloadable audiobooks, 3D MarkerBot printer, music and foreign language apps, and the ready animator. Entertainment will be provided by the Reggie Sullivan Trio. In addition, several authors from the South Carolina Book Festival will be present during the first hour of the event to discuss, sign and sell their books, including: Megan Miranda, author of Vengeance; Adrian Miller, author of Soul Food: The Surprising Story of an American Cuisine, One Plate at a Time; Martha Ezzard, author of The Second Bud: Deserting the City for a Farm Winery; Lake High, author of A History of South Carolina Barbeque; and Marvin Chernoff, author of Unlikely Success: How a Guy Without a Clue Built One Hell-Of-A Business.
