Using Kickstarter to Publish a Children's Book: In the fall of 2013 Warbranch Press, Inc. published a book entitled I Know Santa Very Well with funds raised through the crowd-funding site, Kickstarter. This little Christmas book is an illustrated poem Kate wrote several years ago about unconditional love. Salley, Kate's daughter, coordinated the Kickstarter campaign that raised $3800 five days before the deadline. She will discuss the process of crowd-funding, including using social media and rewards to help secure donors. Kate will offer comments on self-publishing and how Warbranch Press does it - from concept to print copy.
