The presentation will be given by Bill Rice from Messer Financial Services. Bill has 23 years of experience in the health insurance and benefits industry. He understands well the difficulties facing employers as they try to find affordable health benefit solutions. Bill's primary goal has been to form an enrollment and benefits communications agency that provides small to medium sized businesses the same support, resources, and benefits that the larger companies receive.
